When you open the edit mode for a mind map, you will see an edit icon next to the mind map name in the toolbar menu. The icon will be hidden if mind map contains any unsaved changes.
After you click on the edit icon, a new dialog will open where you can type a new mind map name. A new name must be unique for the confluence page attachments.
Note |
---|
You can rename only the previously saved mindmaps. If you want to rename a newly created mindmap, please save and close the edit mode and then return back to the edit mode to see the edit icon. |
If you rename the mind map name, we will create a new mind map and edit macro on the current page. This way, you can still find old easymind mind maps on the attachments page, and your old page versions won’t be affected. You can safely use the restore button for the older page versions. Any unplublished changes on the current page won’t be published with the mind map renaming, and a new macro will be used for further page editing.
